Job Overview
The Head of Advisor Desktop & Solutions is a senior business leader responsible for shaping and delivering the integrated suite of digital tools and platforms used by financial advisors and their teams. This role ensures that the advisor desktop is intuitive, unified, and aligned with strategic priorities—enabling advisors to deliver a world-class client experience, operate more efficiently, and grow their practice. The role acts as the voice of the field in all platform-related decisions and connects advisor needs with firm capabilities.

What you’ll do:
Advisor Platform Leadership
- Own the business vision and roadmap for the advisor desktop, including how core tools and workflows support planning, prospecting, onboarding, servicing, and client engagement.
- Translate strategic priorities (e.g., client personalization, planning-first advice, compliance readiness) into digital solutions and business requirements.
Advisor Experience & Omni-Channel Integration
- Ensure the advisor desktop integrates with digital client platforms (e.g., portals, mobile apps, virtual meeting tools) to support a seamless advisor-client interaction model.
- Design workflows that enable advisors to engage clients across channels—whether in person, online, or via virtual collaboration tools—while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Productivity & Field Enablement
- Simplify the advisor experience by eliminating friction, aligning tools to key workflows, and automating routine tasks.
- Translate business goals into advisor-facing capabilities that increase capacity, drive planning engagement, and improve client onboarding and servicing efficiency.
- Define and report on business KPIs tied to advisor tool usage, client growth, and operational performance.
Commercial Impact
- Demonstrate how the advisor desktop contributes to business outcomes: client acquisition, deeper planning engagement, team scalability, and improved compliance readiness.
- Help the firm realize ROI from technology investments by aligning platform enhancements with measurable advisor and client impact.
Change Leadership & Adoption
- Partner with field leaders, learning, and communications to design adoption strategies that embed new capabilities into daily advisor routines.
- Maintain strong feedback loops with advisors and field managers to guide enhancements, prioritize roadmap decisions, and iterate on capabilities that matter most.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the business lead and senior liaison between wealth management, digital, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor partners.
- Lead platform governance forums to ensure platform investments are prioritized and sequenced to drive maximum field and client impact.

What you’ll need:
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, platform strategy, digital experience, or field enablement.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions across advisor practices and client segments.
- Strong understanding of client segmentation strategies and digital client expectations across wealth tiers.
- Experience aligning advisor tools with digital platforms and omni-channel service models.
- Skilled in business case development, change management, and performance measurement.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
