Application Process

Take your career interests to the next level and submit the necessary information as outlined in these steps:

  1. Begin the online process by applying to an opening in your preferred location.
  2. Once you've submitted your resume and completed your profile, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. If you match the qualifications for specific branch needs, you are contacted by email for interview. Please watch your inbox, SPAM, or junk mail folders.
  4. Based on interview results, the recruiter may request that you complete a detailed application and share your information with the hiring Financial Advisor.
  5. If selected to move forward, you will receive a phone call to set up a face-to-face interview at the branch.
  6. After the face-to-face interview, you may be asked to perform a 60-minute online assessment.
  7. The Financial Advisor and recruiter discuss the results of the interviews and assessments in order to determine whether to extend an employment offer.
  8. A candidate's employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

The length of time for the recruiting process depends on factors such as salary, geographic location and type of position.
