What to expectDuring your first few months as an Edward Jones Financial Advisor, you'll work closely with our Branch Development department to reinforce your knowledge of investments through monthly conference calls and in-depth training modules. Hosted by various Development Leaders, these activities are designed to enhance your investment knowledge and business development skills.
Continuous commitmentEdward Jones is committed to continuous training throughout your entire career. Ongoing training is crucial to your development as a Financial Advisor, and you're expected to participate in all the specialized activities. Many of our Financial Advisors have commented that they enjoy these training activities and appreciate the opportunity for development. Throughout your career, our additional training classes and workshops are designed to help improve your technical, business development and management skills. Some classes are conducted in one of our training centers, and others will be available locally.
