What did you do before Edward Jones? 
I worked 11 years for the Royal Bank of Canada in several different roles. When I left, I was working in Treasury Department doing swaps.

How does Edward Jones compare to the companies where you previously worked? 
There is more of a "family" feel working here.

What does it take to be a successful branch office administrator (BOA) at Edward Jones?
Attention to detail and a positive, upbeat personality.

What is it like to work in a two-person office?
I love it. I've gotten to know a lot of the other BOAs in the area and I really don't miss being in an office.  It is nice and quiet (most of the time). I get to run my own office. It's also great now that I'm working with another BOA in the office.

Describe a memorable experience with a client that illustrates what it's like to work for Edward Jones.
When I left one of my other branches to transfer to the home office, one of my clients took pictures of my office and of the lake that we are near and put them in frames for me to remember him by.

What kind of support do you get from the home office?
The home office is great. Every time I call, they are very pleasant and helpful - even if they don't know the answer right away, they will get it for me.
